Millionaire for Life (MFL) is a daily multi-state lottery game operated by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Players choose 5 numbers from a pool of 1 to 58 for the white balls, plus 1 Millionaire Ball from a separate pool of 1 to 5. To win the top prize — $1,000,000 per year for life — all 5 white balls and the Millionaire Ball must match the numbers drawn.

Draws take place every night at 10:15 PM Central Time, with results published shortly after. The game launched in February 2026, replacing the earlier Lucky for Life and Cash4Life lifetime games, and is currently available in 31 states plus the District of Columbia. The top prize is paid as an annuity face value of $1,000,000 per year, with a guaranteed minimum payment period, or a reduced lump-sum cash option.

Millionaire for Life has nine prize tiers. Matching just the Millionaire Ball wins $4. The overall odds of winning any prize are approximately 1 in 7.8, while the odds of winning the top prize are approximately 1 in 30,821,472. A secondary prize of $1,000 per day for life is awarded for matching all 5 white balls without the Millionaire Ball.
